User cards can be on any meter in their respective station card to take power for irrigation, any one meter within the same station to be able to receive the operation of all users of the card in the station

The operator can charge in user’s home by MVU that had registered in system.

Support the AT45DB041 card for meter reading, meter records into the system database.

 The system uses a distributed database, network, stand-alone apply.

Super management: Manage system database, manage SMS and VS authority.

Manage MVU: MVU register, MVU Charge, MVU data management.

Data synchronization function: distributed workstation and the main station between the help of network connection for real-time data exchange, to achieve data synchronization between the SMS and each workstation and unified.
